Location, Location!  Live like a Seattleite in one of our privately owned urban condominiums in the heart of downtown.  Located in the trendy Pike/Pine neighborhood and Central Business District you'll be steps from shopping, restaurants, theaters, museums and all major downtown attractions.  We are 8 blocks east of the Pike Place Market, next to the Washington State Trade and Convention Center and 4 blocks from the Westlake and Pacific Place Malls.  Our location, price and flexible lengths of stay, make us the perfect choice for business travel, vacation, extended stay or relocation. 

Each individually owned apartment boasts comfortable beds with down comforters, fine furnishings, artwork and accessories unique to each owners taste and style, color TV with 80 channel cable,  free high Speed Internet access, VCR or DVD, fully equipped kitchens complete with dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, phone with voicemail and free local calling. All dishware, linens and general household items needed during your stay are provided.  Starbucks coffee, a variety of teas and bottled water are provided in your room upon arrival.   Guests may check out videos and DVDs from our media library at no charge.  Rooftop Deck with stunning downtown views, Game room with regulation size pool table and big screen TV as well as Laundry Facilities are located in the building. 

Also available for an additional charge:  Parking, housekeeping services and portacrib.  Gold’s Gym is located next door in the Convention Center and offers discounted daily rates for Seattle Suites guests. 

Driving directions and contact information will be provided with your confirmation.  Please call at least 48 hours in advance to make your check-in arrangements.  We prefer to personally meet and check in all of our guests.  However under special circumstances or in the case of a late night or weekend check-in, a self check-in process may be used.   Please note that the Elektra staff are not employees of Seattle Suites and are not available to help you with check-in, parking, or other issues. All check-in arrangements, questions or concerns must be directed to Doug or Becki at Seattle Suites.

Cancellations and Refunds
Deposit minus 5% ($25min) cancellation fee is refundable with cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.  There is no refund of deposit if cancellation is made 29 days or less prior to arrival unless the property can be rerented but deposit may be credited towards a future stay.  There is no refund of full balance due on cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival date unless the property can be rerented.  However, full payment made may also be used as a credit towards a future stay scheduled within 12 months of original arrival date.
