Rates and Fees A $75 cleaning fee and 3% damage waiver fee is added to all reservations. Sales tax of 9.5% is added to daily and weekly stays. Parking is available at $20 per day up to $180 per month. Housekeeping services and portacribs are available for an additional charge.
